I loved how close I was to Babe Ruth Park and the New River Park, both perfect spots for walking and taking in the area, and the staff made every effort to ensure my stay was pleasant despite some issues.

The room was clean and well-maintained, featuring a comfortable large bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. The staff were exceptional, providing efficient service during check-in and throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location is convenient, with several dining options within walking distance.

The dining options were limited, and the breakfast selection could be improved.

This hotel fits me perfectly. It has free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a bar/lounge area. During my first visit, the staff gave me great travel tips I still remember. Highly recommend it for a city break!

Solid selection for a rapid stop in Beckley with reasonable value. The bed was comfortable, which helped after a long drive. Just keep your valuables out of sight when parking.

But, I was bummed about the black mold in the bathroom and the towel bar that decided to take a tumble. The pool heater was on the fritz too, which left the kiddos high and dry.

Unfortunately, there were a few maintenance issues, like a broken shower nozzle and some minor cleanliness concerns, which put a damper on my stay. Overall, it was a decent spot for a quick stay but needs some updates.

The lobby's inviting decor and cozy seating areas made me feel right at home, perfect for relaxing and chatting with friends. The spacious rooms offered easy access, which is a must for us seniors!

More grab bars in bathrooms would be helpful.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, making check-in a breeze. I appreciated the ample parking and nearby restaurants for dining options. The clean, quiet room allowed for a restful night. Loved the constant fan option on the A/C too! Definitely recommend staying here!

The balcony had ashes collected in the corner, which was disappointing for enjoying fresh air. The bathroom revealed some black mold, the shower nozzle was outdated, and the towel bar fell off the wall due to a missing screw. Additionally, the pool heater was not functioning, leaving no options for the kids to swim comfortably.

Family with children might enjoy it

We had a comfy stay with a nice balcony, great for some fresh air and relaxation. The staff was friendly, they made us feel welcome right from the start.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but it was acceptable for what we got.
